D83 The first song has Hip-Hop elements, but the rest is modern Synth („Current Year“ f.e), with a strong cold/Darkwave part. "Nightfall" initially reminds of the Hotline Miami OST, but the singer's voice/lyrics make it more than just a cheap rip-off. "The High Life"is a nice party Song, „Synthetic Pain“ is one of my favorites. "Eidetic Memory" has a nice alternative Rock atmosphere, just a lot of good stuff here and the epic Outro Song makes this LP then to one of the most entertaining 2019 works. Favorite track: All Is Vanity.

Good Goddamn, am I ready to go? You better bet your sweet ass bro! I couldn’t take the hint that you gave out so sit back and enjoy the show. A little bit of political mopping, from a two time bitch who’s flipping and flopping. We got that revolution for your girl. And if she don’t care then fuck her too, and if she mad then you do you. I’m not one to fuss, never had the guts, but in the end it’s your call boo. I take all that you say in stride, then go home and pray you die, I don’t want to hate, just for the sake, of getting triggered by a real hot take, but, I can’t lie I like the drama, even when it brings me crippling trauma, I’ll sip the tea, I’ll turn new leaves, till I find my baby mama. Then I’ll crawl into my hole and die, or maybe I’ll just go there to hide, But in the end, I’ll make my friends, subscribe to Pewdiepie, And yeah I made a few mistakes, skinny dipping in the coldest lakes, Just to get out, and scream and shout, it’s shrinkage for fuck sake, I’ll take hold of the promise knife, and take a sip of the bleach of life, Hell yeah this decade sucked, but at least it’s almost done, come on! It’s game on, we’ll shout it to the sun, we’ll make the stars scream, Damn I must be Megatron, I just keep killing every song, I feel like Genghis Kahn, I’m the king, Ya’ll are rookies, matter of fact you’re just a pawn, Y’all move one step at a time, I’m moving heads when I rhyme, I just ain’t a regular guy, I’m the next one in line, And the best of my kind, and the rest should resign, So we’re left with the right ones, they like me? I don’t like them, they doing coke? Funny cause their lines suck, I prefer the silence, Now is the time to be bobbing your head, and if you’re not then a coffin is set, Rest is the best I can offer today, can you hear me clearly I’m off of my meds, But when I’m on ‘em I’m softer in bed, so prescriptions I’ll skip, let the pot work instead, Work on my pipes like it’s copper and lead, dripping so holy like water it’s blessed, Hail Mary, Our Father he read, let’s make a prayer for this God among men, Breaking my back I’m not offering bread, I’m no God just a kid who’s got lots to be said, Watching these lights turning caution to red, practicing rapping these thoughts are my bread, Visions of which place I ought to be next, cause I know that nothing is stopping the best, game on.

Nightfall 04:48
Meet me outside, don’t make us wait, Our souls are alive, let us congregate Thank God we made it, what tonight holds, Thank God we made it, none of us know, Let’s stay out to, the nightfall. The dead have their song, and so too do we, The forgotten in force, vying to be free Thank God we made it, what this fight holds, Thank God we made it, we’ll never know. Let’s stay out to, the nightfall

I am the man who lives undercover, I am the one who’s made to suffer, Tearing off this flesh made of fiberglass, breaking through my mind to erase my past, Pump the breaks to stop the Earth from turning, and let’s dance in the rain, While the world is burning. I feel alive, and all kinds of versatile, an endless sea, Not by design, as problems multiply… I am the man who hides from the others, I am the one they love to suffer, Break apart my bones made of steel and chrome, take away my joy and then raze my home, Rewrite the past to stop the truth from hurting, as we dance in the rain, While the world is burning. I feel alive, and all kinds of versatile, an endless sea, Not by design, as problems multiply… And I, won’t be afraid, of those who try to take my past from right out under me, As I, am slipping deeper into myself. I feel alive, and all kinds of versatile, an endless sea, Not by design, as problems multiply…

And I, am amazed by your resolve, You stick to your guns, keep us collectively shunned, We never did no harm, and yet you raise alarms, You thought us on the run, but we’re here now to see it done We Are And I, am amazed by your façade, You stick to your fight, take away our rights, You thought you did no harm, and now we raise the alarm, We thought you were benign, now we’re coming to end your kind. We Are

Ooh, baby girl, you thought this was a democracy? Ooh, baby girl, who said you could have hopes and dreams? Those diamonds in your eyes, That jewelry in your smile, All the things money can buy, And all you do is cry. There’s nothing left to fight about, You’re ugly when you scream and shout, The price for living the high life baby, The price for living the high life girl. Ooh, baby girl, I’m sorry if you misunderstood, Ooh, baby girl, I guess you didn’t think I could, There’s nothing left to cry about, Though I think it’s cute when you pout. The price for living the high life baby, The price for living the high life girl. There’s nothing left to talk about, There’s no use going down that route, You are mine there is no doubt, And there is no getting out! The price for living the high life baby, The price for living the high life girl.

And now you think that you’re alone? Do you? And you still think you’ve done no wrong? Do you? And you’re ideas carried some weight, wouldn’t you say? But you think you got carried away? You don’t say? Is this all what you wanted? Is this all what you needed? And now you feel that you’ve been wronged? Do you? And you are triggered by this song? Are you? And you could cast these facts away, to stay sane. But now you have no space that’s safe, sorry to say! Is this all what you wanted? Is this all what you needed?

Take a step back and let me check my pulse to make sure I’m livin’, And while you’re at it please hit me with your best to return some feelin’, All the heels and skirts that you could wear will never turn me on, All the makeup to hide yourself from me will not undo your wrongs, I’ve been here far too long, and now my love is gone, Even after your apologies I still feel numb to the bone, And if you had some common sense you might just leave me alone, I swallowed all of my rage and hate until sorrow drowned in my throat, Sorry you had to drown as well, only room for one in this boat, I’ve been here far too long, and now my love is gone.

I’m just outside your window, trying to subdue my rage, I’m cleaning up the carpet, scrubbing up old stains, I’m running down the alley, way past the oral stage, I’m parking in your driveway, incoming sever pain, I’m taking hold of objects, something blunt alright, I’m leaving for home early, lucky roll of the dice, I’m catching him up quickly, barely put up a fight, I’m dialing up your cell phone, reception cold as ice, Don’t run away, you can’t stop it anyhow, It’s a runaway freight train, and it’s right outside your door… Alone, again, how far out? How far out? She says, I’m choking on my anger, blood red tired eyes I’m weighing out my options, maybe a nice surprise, I beg to be mistaken, happy to drown in lies, I see him make his exit, will chase him down in time, I’m starting up my car, concerned that something’s wrong, I grab the kitchen knife, and rush outside headlong, I notice you’re not moving, just beating upholstery now, I’m coming to my senses, and wipe the sweat from my brow. Don’t try to pray, I’m not listening anyhow, You’ve called upon the fate train, and it just knocked down your door… Alone, again, how far out? How far out? She said, And she did it, she said it, time and time again, I repent I swear.

So it goes, everyday is the same, No one to help, no one to blame, And you, you keep me sane, But is it enough, will it sustain? I want you to know, that it hurts me too, I’m a man-made failure, a synthetic fool, And you know, that my interest wanes, I’m a useless machine, with synthetic pain. I’m a disease, from which there’s no cure, Broken and bruised, forevermore And you, longing still, I’ll ruin your life, you know that I will. I want you to know, that it hurts me too, I’m a man-made failure, a synthetic fool, And you know, that my interest wanes, I’m a useless machine, with synthetic pain.

Would you even care? When all is said and done, It keeps you fighting on, Forward. Would you even care? If all you fought was won, Would you just keep marching on, Your response, I await. All your grains of sand, have slipped on by, Your moral ground, refused to die, And all your plans, have rot away, And all your fears, have gone to grey, Would you even care? All your souvenirs, they’ve shed their weight, Your mortal coil, gone up in flames, And all your joy, has gone away, And all your tears, have spent their shame, (I await) Would you even care? Would you even care, as they forget your name, Your legacy, gone down the drain, And all your hopes, have all gone dry, And all your dreams, were left to die, (I await) Would you even care?
